Jill Hennessy

Jill Hennessy has been a television actress for more than 30 years. Her birthplace was in Edmonton Alberta Canada, on November 25 in 1968. She appeared in Law and Order alongside Chris Noth. Hennessy is from Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy worked as a meat vendor and marketing executive. The job involved frequent travel which meant that the Hennessy family moved frequently. Maxine, her secretary mother was the last of her family members when she relocated from Kitchener Ontario in 1982. She then handed her daughter over to her maternal grandmother Eleanor. There is a younger brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. and a identical twin sister Jacqueline she is a magazine writer and television host in Canada. Hennessy has Irish French Swedish and Italian heritage on her father's side and mostly Ukrainian Roma as well as Austrian ancestry on her mother's. She attended Grand River Collegiate Institute, Kitchener Ontario. She used to perform in Toronto's subway. Hennessy was a twin in Dead Ringers with her older sister. Gillian Anderson, an actress who got the role, claimed she was on the list in the search for Dana Scully. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. The couple has two sons.
